Ann Sze was born in March 22 1997 in Montreal. In high school, she attended an international school. She then pursued her education in Dawson College, in the Visual Arts program. In these two years of college, she created most of the artwork showcased in this gallery. She is now in Concordia University trying to become an art teacher. She wishes someday her art could become more known around the world and be able to sell them to make a living. Ann Sze has always been passionate for drawing. She is continuously searching for new techniques in improving her work. The artist created many portraits from known people on the web to portraits from her family. Although she has created more than 50 artworks, she is only beginning her career. Her father, Ping Lee Sze, greatly supports her in her decision of being an artist even though it may be hard. He provides her many tools necessary in creating the artworks. Her brother also encourages her to continue drawing saying she has big potential in becoming a well-known artist. Without the encouragement of her family especially her brother, she wouldn’t have made it this far.
